Read all the following terms of service carefully. If you wish to commission me, you will be paying for drawings in my art style as shown on the price sheet and social media. Once you’ve reached out to me, I will send out this form in a pdf file for you to sign.Please thoroughly review my work before commissioning me to ensure there are no complaints or problems.General terms
* Please write in clear and polite manners when messaging with me
* I have the right to decline a commission for any reason
* Clients must state whether their commission will be used for personal use or commercial and potentially profit off work. Commercial work will always inquire an additional fee.
* Clients must state whether their commission is time-sensitive or not (rush fees will be applied)
* Clients also must state whether or not they would like their commission to be kept privateRequirements for commissions
* Must complete my commission form
* Must sign this Terms of Service form and return to me
* I only accept commissions through email.Payment
* Discuss with me for payment! (I'm currently banned from paypal)
* All prices are in USD
* For all commissions, 50% or the full amount will be paid upfront. The full amount must be paid before receiving the commission.
*$5 transaction fee will be added

1. Headshot/ portrait - From shoulders up, simple headshot with any desired view (front, 3/4,side profile, etc. ), no hands
2. Bust up - From chest up, including hand(s), with any desired pose
3. Half body - From waist up, including arms, with any pose
4. Sketch/ lineart only
5. Character sheet - up to 4 characters with any desired poses (I will send out another form for you to fill out FYI)Extra character(s) will cost the same pricePrice will vary based on the complexity of the character(s)Will draw

* After submitting the commission form, please allow 1-2 business days for me to get back to you via email about the status of your commission
* This email will contain:
- Terms and conditions PDF form to sign
- Estimated timeline for your piece
- Exact price (including all calculations)
- Any questions I might have for you.
* Please be mindful that this is not first come first serve! Your commission can take up to a month depending on how many commissions I’m currently working on. Rush fees will be applied if the commission is requested to finish in a week or less (30% of the total price will be added on top)
* The commission will not be started until half (or full) payment and the commission form is done. You MUST send me reference photos (the more specific the better). Please provide a clear idea of the work they would like.
* I will keep you updated about the progress of your piece with included images
* Sketches and thumbnailing phases will be sent to clients for approval before moving forward with the piece. This is the most important phase, you must tell me what should be added or changed (even with major edits)
- Will be included:

Any large edits past the sketch will incur an additional 50% charge - see the prices section!
- Large edits include:
+ Changing subject(s)
+ Poses/ overall composition
Changing hairstyles, clothes, etc.The commission will be sent in a high-resolution JPG and/or PNG via email once the client has confirmed that the work is to their satisfactionCopyright/ usage policy
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawingWatermark will not be removed*Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork for:
- Examples for future commission
- Self-promotion* The client is allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise
- Share artwork on social media, use the art to promote themselves with proper credits given to meCopyright infringement - if you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted. The followings are considered copyright infringement:
- Taking credit for the creation of the work
- Altering the artwork without my consent
- Using the artwork commercially (unless it’s a commercial commission work and has been agreed upon)
* The purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price. (for example: if the original price is 50$, then the final price will be 150$)
* Strictly private commission will be required a 30% additional charge (no posting on social media)Customer satisfaction
I, the artist, will do the best I can to make my clients happy with the work I provide* I will ask the client to be really clear from the beginning to avoid any major issues and minimize the chance of needing changes made.
* Criticism and feedback will not be accepted with the art itself but with the commission process (I will send out an optional feedback form once the client receives my commission work)Cancellation
* Any attempts of scamming or illegal activities during commission - immediate cancellations, no refunds.
* No refunds or cancellations are allowed once the commission has started, be 100% sure before commissioning meFinal notes

Step 1:
